We are seeking a polished and experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee all food and beverage operations within an acclaimed boutique hotel environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overall operational leadership of the property’s front-of-house service, guest experience, financial performance, and team development. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality leadership experience, a hands-on management style, and the ability to drive both service excellence and operational discipline. This role plays a key part in maintaining and elevating a high-profile boutique hospitality operation.

Food & Beverage Director – Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of senior leadership experience (GM or Director level) in upscale hospitality or boutique hotel environments

Proven ability to manage high-revenue, service-driven operations

Experience overseeing multiple departments or revenue centers

Strong financial and operational acumen (budgeting, forecasting, labor, cost control)

Strong leadership presence with ability to train, coach, and hold teams accountable

Ability to manage complex operations with professionalism and sound judgment

Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven leadership style

Strong collaboration with culinary and executive leadership teams


Food & Beverage Director – Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with hotel openings or major operational transitions preferred

Strong guest service mindset with luxury hospitality standards

Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams

Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
