We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service. This on-site role manages incoming orders, drives upselling and cross-selling initiatives, maintains CRM accuracy, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage customer orders through ERP system
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain CRM with accurate customer data and updates
Achieve weekly and quarterly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and delivery teams to ensure timely order completion

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
