Executive Assistant Benefits and Compensation:

Executive Assistant Requirements & Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role

• Strong calendar ownership experience, including protecting executive focus time and proactively resolving conflicts

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume communication and triage inbound requests

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track action items, priorities, and leadership commitments

• High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

• Experience coordinating travel, logistics, and stakeholder meetings

• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate

Unique Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own and strategically manage the CEO’s calendar to align with company priorities

• Act as a thoughtful filter for requests, interruptions, and inbound communication

• Track leadership meeting action items and maintain follow-through cadence

• Draft and edit internal and external communications on behalf of leadership

• Coordinate logistics for board members, partners, and key stakeholders

• Maintain simple but effective trackers for executive priorities

• Assist with hiring coordination for key leadership roles

• Manage office vendors, supplies, and day-to-day facilities needs

• Plan internal events, team gatherings, and leadership offsites

• Support office organization and logistics during periods of growth or expansion

Executive Assistant Preferred Background & Skills:

• Formal Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level leaders

• Experience partnering closely with a Chief of Staff or senior leadership team

• Background in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or scaling company environment

• Strong comfort operating in both structured and ambiguous environments

• Experience managing vendors or contractors

• Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or enthusiast-driven industries
