Come join a luxury hospitality group as the Director of Finance! The Director provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all financial operations of the Club, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, audits, and compliance for a ~$20M annual operating budget. This role partners closely with the General Manager and Asset Manager to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all accounting department operations
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and approval of weekly payroll across departments
• Oversee spending controls and provide financial recommendations
• Maintain general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Prepare and approve monthly P&L and reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting Team
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 5+ years of finance and management experience in hospitality, club, or property management
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS), accounting systems, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong financial reporting, leadership, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset
