Senior Civil PE Engineering Project Manager

We're working with a leading engineering firm that is looking for an experienced Senior PE Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring a team of engineers.

US Citizenship and experience on US Soil Required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Manage commercial and residential land development projects, including paving, drainage, grading, water, and wastewater systems.
Provide problem-solving solutions, technical guidance, and mentorship to engineers and EITs.
Coordinate with clients, attend project meetings, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Oversee all technical and financial aspects of projects to ensure successful delivery.
Support and develop junior engineers through mentorship and training.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (or related field) with a focus on land development.
Licensure: PE license required. Candidates not currently licensed in Delaware must be willing to obtain a DE license within the first six months of employment.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in civil engineering and project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or HydroCAD.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work independently.
