Restaurant Manager Benefits:

  • Quarterly bonus potential up to 10%
  • Medical benefits after 60 days
    • The company pays 70% of the coverage
  • PTO starting at 2 weeks in year one, with growth over time
  • All salaried managers are paid hourly:
    • 40 regular hours + 10 overtime hours, plus any additional time worked
  • Vacation coverage managers available to support approved time off

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including FOH, BOH, and bar operations
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop restaurant team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency
  • Support staffing, scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
  • Ensure company standards and policies are consistently followed

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or operations experience
  • Casual dining experience required
  • Bar experience preferred
  • Scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
