We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Baker to lead daily production of fresh, high-quality baked goods. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in consistency, efficiency, and delivering exceptional products in a fast-paced environment.

Head Baker Responsibilities

Lead daily production of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items to established quality standards
Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and presentation to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Manage ingredient inventory and communicate ordering needs
Collaborate on seasonal menu development and new product offerings

Head Baker Requirements

3+ years of professional baking experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards (ServSafe preferred)
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
