Maintenance Operations Manager — Bartlett, IL

Are you a proven leader who thrives in the field, understands people and equipment, and knows how to run a tight operation day in and day out? We’re looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager ready to take full ownership of a landscape maintenance operation and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily landscape maintenance operations for the McHenry branch
Manage supervisors, foremen, and crews to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work
Oversee scheduling, routing, and ticket execution using Aspire
Align labor, equipment, and materials to meet operational goals
Coordinate fleet usage, preventative maintenance, and equipment readiness
Solve real-time challenges such as weather, staffing, and client needs
Hold teams accountable to quality, safety, and performance standards
Partner with leadership and account teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes

This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be visible in the field, engaged with your team, and accountable for results.

What You Bring

Deep experience in commercial landscape maintenance
Strong leadership presence with the ability to build high-performing teams
Exceptional organization and decision-making skills
Comfort managing crews, routes, equipment, and timelines
Experience with Aspire or similar operational systems
Pride in running a disciplined, efficient operation
