A growing commercial litigation practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its West Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on significant case responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor junior associates
Assist in managing complex ESI discovery in litigation matters
Prepare for and conduct hearings and depositions
Support federal court matters (preferred)
Experience in business litigation, intellectual property, and probate litigation is a plus

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
Demonstrated leadership of junior attorneys
Federal court experience highly preferred
Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent academic and professional credentials
