Department Manager Requirements & Qualifications

QSR restaurant experience required with a drive-through
Flexible schedule availability, including some nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Department Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate team members in kitchen, guest service, or people management departments
Ensure high food quality, cleanliness, and strict adherence to food safety procedures
Oversee customer service standards and support the team with menu knowledge, order accuracy, and drive-thru operations
Hire, train, and develop crew to achieve restaurant sales and profit goals
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Support restaurant operations to drive guest satisfaction and team performance
