Restoration Construction Estimator Requirements and Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in construction estimating, restoration, or insurance-related construction work
Strong knowledge of restoration estimating practices and claim negotiation processes
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Inspect and scope property damage resulting from water, fire, mold, and other losses
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects
Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
Promote the company brand through professional communication and service excellence
Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
