Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated passion for food and high-volume kitchen operations
Executive Chef – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience opening new restaurants is a plus
Executive Chef – Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated kitchen team, fostering a positive and supportive work culture
- Oversee preparation and presentation of exceptional Asian fusion cuisine, ensuring consistency and quality
- Uphold strict food safety and health standards throughout all kitchen operations
