Join a growing restaurant group as a Multi-Unit Operations Manager and play a key role in building the foundation for future expansion.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations, drive accountability, develop high-performing teams, and create a culture of operational excellence. The organization has established strong customer demand and is seeking an energetic operator who can help elevate performance while supporting continued growth.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Establish accountability, operational standards, and performance expectations
• Drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives and future expansion plans
• Support new location openings and ongoing operational improvements
What We're Looking For:
• Restaurant management experience required
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to create accountability and improve performance
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the organization
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
