We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant concept. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by leading operations, developing teams, and driving financial success while creating an exceptional guest experience.

General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000
Strong performance-based bonus program

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience in the hospitality, food service, or retail industry
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with P&L, budgeting, and financial performance management
Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Must Haves:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Lead recruitment, training, and retention of team members
Develop and mentor managers to uphold company standards and values
Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to optimize operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations
Drive a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and high performance

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Prior experience managing a high-volume QSR, fast casual, or full-service restaurant
Track record of improving financial performance through cost management and revenue growth
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
Experience implementing and maintaining operational standards across multiple shifts
