Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years prior quick-service restaurant experience with 5+ years of multi-unit management
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results in operations
- Strong, authentic communication and team engagement skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and decisive with excellent multi-tasking ability
- Disciplined approach to setting priorities and driving performance improvements
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements: employee safety, immigration, non-discrimination, workers’ compensation, and food safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to manage POS network and hardware systems and troubleshoot technology issues
- Current possession of HU Certificate required
- Demonstrated personal integrity, high energy, self-motivation, and commitment to core values
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience developing strong community relationships and local marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, train, and develop high-performing talent
Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Enforce operational and system standards across all restaurant locations
- Drive recruitment, retention, and succession planning for all levels of management
- Foster a positive team culture characterized by hard work, generosity, and collaboration
- Coach, motivate, and train supervisors and management teams for exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead continuous improvement across financial, human resource, and guest experience KPIs
- Achieve and exceed annual P&L targets, balancing sales growth and cost management
- Cultivate strong ties within each community through brand ambassadorship and local outreach
- Develop and enforce effective organizational practices, including scheduling, planning, and clear goal-setting
