We’re looking for an experienced Loan Officer to originate investment property loans. You’ll build relationships with real estate investors and brokers, guide clients through the lending process, and manage deals from application to funding.

Responsibilities

Originate DSCR, Fix & Flip, and GUC loans.
Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investor clients.
Pre-qualify borrowers and collect necessary documentation.
Coordinate with underwriting and closing teams for fast approvals.

Requirements

2+ years of mortgage or private lending experience.
Knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, and construction loans.
Ability to self-source leads and manage relationships.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
NMLS license preferred (not always required).
