Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business administration or hospitality management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in large, high-volume restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and maturity
  • Demonstrated stable and progressive work history and a solid work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Upscale casual dining or full-service hospitality experience highly preferred
  • Strong energy and ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience while ensuring compliance with all operational programs and processes
  • Oversee guest relations, resolve issues, and recognize team members for service excellence
  • Lead site-level hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to maximize team engagement and retention
  • Assist with daily opening, closing, and administrative tasks, maintaining rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and building upkeep
  • Partner with the General Manager on pre-shift meetings and continuous team training
