We are looking for our next leader! We have a refined, farm-to-table, ocean-to-table concept and hold a passion for PNW food! Do you have a refined style and deep roots in the Pacific Northwest? Are you a leader that communicates clear, high expectations, holds people accountable, and treats people fairly? We need you as our leader!

This position will require living and working in Pacific City, OR.

Dining Room Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a GM or Dining Room Manager for a boutique, fine dining restaurant
  • Experience with booking and executing small groups and events
  • Experience with boutique hotels highly preferred
  • Experience with Forbes standards or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferred
  • Strong desire to live and work in Pacific City, OR

Dining Room Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create memorable, high-end experiences for all guests!
  • Create budgets and forecasts that are accurate, ambitious, and attainable
  • Manage the Dining Room team with ownership and integrity
  • Work with the Chef de Cuisine on menu offerings and seasonal specials
  • Book small group events and ensure proper execution
  • Other duties as assigned
