What You’ll Do:
- Manage onboarding tasks such as offer letters, background checks, E-Verify, and orientation
- Support HRIS data entry, benefits enrollment, and employee file maintenance
- Administer leave of absence programs and workers’ compensation documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety reporting, and internal policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support HR operations
What You’ll Need:
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or executive administration
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS, ATS, or LMS is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information, multitask effectively, and work independently
