What You’ll Do:

Manage onboarding tasks such as offer letters, background checks, E-Verify, and orientation
Support HRIS data entry, benefits enrollment, and employee file maintenance
Administer leave of absence programs and workers’ compensation documentation
Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety reporting, and internal policies
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support HR operations

What You’ll Need:

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or executive administration
Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS, ATS, or LMS is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information, multitask effectively, and work independently
