Front of House Restaurant Manager
Lead Exceptional Hospitality in an Elevated Dining Concept
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to lead guest-facing operations for an upscale, high-energy Tex-Mex restaurant concept.
This restaurant blends bold flavors, elevated cocktails, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality into a unique dining experience. We’re looking for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires teams, and delivers outstanding service with consistency and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
As the Front of House Manager, you will play a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations, including dining room and bar service
- Train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and professionally resolve service concerns
- Maintain elevated service standards aligned with the restaurant’s brand and culture
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow for maximum efficiency
- Partner closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service execution
- Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching and accountability
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Create and manage weekly FOH staff schedules
- Support and elevate the tequila, cocktail, and beverage program
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Front of House management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Tequila and elevated cocktail experience is highly preferred
