We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of large-scale construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with subcontractor bid requests, proposals, and prequalification processes
  • Support project buyout activities and subcontractor scope reviews
  • Maintain project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchasing logs
  • Track material lead times, fabrication dates, and project milestones
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting minutes
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation using Procore
  • Coordinate communication between Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and owners
  • Assist with permit coordination and utility requirements
  • Monitor project schedules and help identify potential delays
  • Support project safety initiatives and quality control efforts
  • Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and closeout documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • 1–3 years of construction experience preferred, ideally in multi-family or commercial construction
  • Familiarity with Procore Construction Management Software
  • OSHA certification preferred or ability to obtain within required timeframe
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
