Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant concept focused on quality
- Ability to work well in a high-volume, pressured environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven history of success in managing financials
- Ability to develop a positive team culture and a supportive work environment that encourages success
- Experience in catering and delivery is a plus
- Responsibilities include selecting, training, and developing restaurant staff, leading and motivating the team, engaging with guests, overseeing scheduling, maintaining labor costs, and ensuring exceptional food quality and service speed
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant profitability strategies and cost management
- A passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
