We are currently looking for a District Manager to oversee our stores in the OC area!
District Manager Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence & Hospitality: Champions a customer-first culture by ensuring all stores meet rigorous standards for service, quality, cleanliness, and safety while utilizing real-time feedback to evolve service standards.
- Strategic Financial Management: District P&L accountability, managing budgets, labor, and COGS to achieve profitability goals through data-driven decisions and revenue-driving tactics like mobile app engagement and upselling.
- Talent Development & Leadership: Leads and coaches Store Managers through emotional intelligence and psychological safety, focusing on succession planning, performance management, and recruiting top talent aligned with core values.
- Strategic Execution & Innovation: Translates corporate strategies and new initiatives (like LTOs) into actionable district plans, collaborating cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and brand consistency.
- Performance Accountability: Conducts regular store audits and data reviews to identify performance gaps, providing the necessary coaching and corrective action plans to ensure sustainable improvement across the district.
District Manager Requirements:
- Multi-Unit Management: At least 3–5 years of experience overseeing multiple locations (typically 5–10 units).
- Industry Background: Extensive experience (often 5–7+ years) in high-volume fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environments.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with restaurant-specific technology such as POS systems, workforce management software (e.g., 7shifts), and multi-unit analytics tools.
