We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Sales Manager to drive new business for a growing off-premise catering and events operation in Atlanta. This is a true sales role for a self-sufficient closer who knows how to build relationships, manage leads, and turn opportunities into booked events.

Catering Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • $40K–$50K base salary
  • 5% commission

Catering Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Off-premise catering, events, hospitality, or corporate catering sales experience required
  • Strong closer with the ability to generate and convert new business
  • Must be highly self-sufficient with minimal need for training or hand-holding
  • CRM experience required
  • Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate pipeline activity
  • Experience prospecting corporate clients, event planners, venues, and private businesses
  • Ability to handle inbound event inquiries while prioritizing outbound B2B sales
  • Comfortable attending larger events when needed to ensure client expectations and scope of work are met
  • Must be polished, hungry, organized, and accountable

Catering Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Existing book of business in Atlanta catering, events, corporate dining, or hospitality a plus
  • Experience selling recurring corporate events, lunches, meetings, weddings, and social events
  • Relationships with event planners, venues, bridal boutiques, corporate offices, or privately owned businesses
  • Experience usina CRM platforms
  • Experience selling food and hospitality services into client-secured spaces
  • Ability to identify serious prospects and move them through the sales cycle efficiently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort around commission-driven earning potential
