Overview

A growth-oriented mortgage lender is seeking experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers to help expand its senior-lending portfolio. The role focuses on educating clients on Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) solutions, building referral networks, and managing files from first contact through funding with strong internal operations support. What You’ll Do

  • Business development: Proactively source and qualify reverse-mortgage prospects; cultivate referral partners in financial, real estate, and senior-services communities.
  • Client advisory: Assess borrower needs and eligibility; present HECM options clearly and compliantly; set expectations for timelines and documentation.
  • Pipeline ownership: Drive each loan from application through underwriting, closing, and funding; monitor conditions, clear stipulations, and maintain accurate file notes.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Partner with processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing to ensure timely, accurate execution.
  • Compliance & quality: Adhere to federal, state, investor, and company policies; complete required disclosures and counseling documentation; safeguard client data.
  • Relationship management: Deliver high-touch service, maintain ongoing communication, and foster long-term client and partner relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • Reverse origination experience with a consistent track record of funded HECM loans.
  • Self-generation capability and an active network of referral sources.
  • Communication excellence—clear, empathetic, and professional with senior clients and their families.
  • Organizational rigor—strong pipeline management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Integrity and professionalism with a client-first mindset.

Tools & Support

  • Marketing enablement with approved collateral and campaigns.
  • Modern CRM for contact management, drip outreach, and pipeline visibility.
  • Experienced operations team and responsive leadership support.

Why This Role

  • Join an established lender with meaningful investment in senior-lending growth.
  • Opportunity to scale your production with robust resources and process support.
  • Clear path for professional advancement as the division expands.

If you are a reverse-mortgage professional who thrives on client education, disciplined execution, and sustainable growth, we’d like to connect.
