This is a unique opportunity for a Chef to shape a program from its foundation, develop a distinctive culinary identity rooted in Indigenous and locally focused cuisine, and lead a growing catering operation in a truly unique environment.

 

Role Highlights

  • Lead a high-volume catering operation
  • Develop menus showcasing Indigenous and locally sourced cuisine
  • Build kitchen systems, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Lead and mentor a collaborative culinary team
  • Serve as a visible, community-facing leader

Requirements

  • 4+ years of culinary leadership experience
  • High-volume, event-driven catering background
  • Experience with SOPs, menu development, and HACCP
  • Valid driver’s license
