Chef in Juneau, Alaska

This is a unique opportunity for a Chef to shape a program from its foundation, develop a distinctive culinary identity rooted in Indigenous and locally focused cuisine, and lead a growing catering operation in a truly unique environment.

Role Highlights

Lead a high-volume catering operation
Develop menus showcasing Indigenous and locally sourced cuisine
Build kitchen systems, SOPs, and operational standards
Lead and mentor a collaborative culinary team
Serve as a visible, community-facing leader

Requirements

4+ years of culinary leadership experience
High-volume, event-driven catering background
Experience with SOPs, menu development, and HACCP
Valid driver’s license
