Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of Restaurant management experience with at least 1 year of QSR General Manager experience.
- Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Possess strong leadership and good communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
- Works well in a hands-on team environment
