Manager of Industrial Projects Requirements & Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering, Construction, or related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or EPC settings
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Proficient in project management best practices
  • Experience starting up or working within a PMO is a plus
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Strong communication, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Manager of Industrial Projects Preferred Background & Skills

  • PMO leadership experience
  • Experience with financial management of large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with contract compliance and operational performance metrics

Manager of Industrial Projects Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor a team of project managers
  • Oversee multiple concurrent capital equipment and industrial projects
  • Implement and refine project management best practices across the organization
  • Ensure accurate financial and operational management, including contract compliance and profitability
  • Collaborate with finance to review project health and drive performance
  • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, shipping, and construction teams
  • Lead stakeholder communications and visit project sites as needed
  • Contribute to quality improvement and company-wide initiative projects
