An established and leading Precision Timing & Frequency Technology Firm are looking for a Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will lead program planning and delivery exercises and partner with engineering and design departments to drive smooth integration of tasks, focusing on customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead program planning for RF/Electrical hardware for space programs
Partner with engineering and design departments to drive smooth integration of tasks, focusing on customer requirements
Coordinate testing and production readiness
Identify and manage technical program risks
Develop and maintain program schedule
Support customer relations
Plan, prioritize coordinate Program Management functions from inception through completion
Ability to problem-solve
Develop and maintain program schedules
Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Manage budget, ETC/EAC’S and program risks
Manage programs against established schedules, business goals and objectives
Support Business Development growth opportunities

Requirements:

BS in Engineering or equivalent
Understand system block diagrams and schematics
Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
2+ Years of experience in an engineering or management capacity
Experience in defense and space industries a plus
JIRA experience a plus
Self-starter and willing to learn
College graduate may be considered as a junior level entry, depending on knowledge and experiences
Proactive and resourceful
