About the company

Our client is a SaaS provider serving the property management industry with relationship‑driven software solutions. They operate a lean, high‑value account model rather than a high‑volume, transactional one, and maintain a remote‑first culture with strong employee retention and steady, self‑funded growth (no VC backing). The company is expanding its U.S. presence and building a sales organization that includes Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Territory Sales Managers, with a strong focus on promoting top performers from within.

About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive top‑of‑funnel growth as the company continues its U.S. expansion. This is a high‑activity, outbound role where you will prospect into mid‑to‑enterprise property management organizations and related ecosystem partners, book qualified meetings, and help fuel a growing sales pipeline. You’ll also have the opportunity to represent the brand at selected industry conferences and trade shows and grow into a Territory Sales Manager role over time.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn/social outreach).
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospects within target accounts.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for senior sales leaders.
  • Represent the company professionally at conferences, trade shows, and association events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and territory coverage as the U.S. market grows.

Who you are

  • 1–4+ years of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR or early‑stage sales role (SaaS or services experience a plus).
  • Experience selling into, or working around, property management–related industries is helpful but not required (banks, insurance, payments, collections, PropTech, or other service providers).
  • A true hunter: high‑energy, self‑driven, comfortable owning your outbound activity and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Polished, professional communicator who can confidently represent the brand with C‑level executives and at industry events.
  • Coachable, curious, and excited about long‑term growth into a more senior sales role as the organization scales.

Location & work style

This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in Arizona, Colorado, or nearby Western states to align with territory coverage. Some travel is required for conferences, trade shows, and in‑market meetings.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: approximately $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience.
  • Variable/commission structure with uncapped earning potential – OTE likely $130k+
  • Remote‑first culture, medical and retirement benefits, PTO, and paid travel for approved events.
  • Opportunity to grow into a Territory Sales Manager role as the U.S. sales team expands.

If you’re a hungry, outbound‑driven BDR who enjoys building something and wants a clear path to the next level, we’d love to hear from you.
