Our client is looking for an experienced General Store Manager to run their 30k sf, high-volume specialty retail location.

General Store Manager compensation:

• Salary of $130k+ and bonus potential
• Medical, dental, vision, 401k
• Paid time off

General Store Manager responsibilities

• Drive store sales, profit, and payroll performance; analyze P&L to improve profitability and reduce costs
• Identify, communicate, and resolve store issues; escalate to District/Home Office as needed
• Lead daily operations, including floor supervision and opening/closing procedures
• Oversee freight flow, inventory control, and asset tracking
• Ensure execution of advertising setups and visual merchandising standards
• Manage staffing, hiring, scheduling, and training to maintain strong customer service
• Coach and develop all team members on operations, customer satisfaction, and solution selling
• Handle HR matters in compliance with guidelines; partner with HR leadership when required

General Store Manager requirements:

• 5+ years of big box retail store manager experience with 100+ employees
• Experience with consumer electronics is highly desired
• Experience running all aspects of the store including sales floor, warehouse, and full P&L
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
