We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Senior Director of Retail Operations in Miami, FL, to drive the growth and success of our retail operations across the country. This role combines strategic leadership with active, in-store engagement, overseeing performance metrics in sales, employee retention, customer experience, and brand standards at every location.
Senior Director of Retail Operations – Benefits & Compensation :
- Competitive base salary up to $150,000K-180,000K DOE

Senior Director of Retail Operations – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience (multi-unit preferred)
- Proven success in driving sales growth and operational excellence across multiple store locations
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to our showroom locations throughout Florida and several other states
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and retain top talent
- Hands-on operator who thrives in-store and understands the nuances of customer experience at the ground level
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable working closely with C-level leadership. Data-driven, with a track record of using KPIs and analytics to drive decision-making
Senior Director of Retail Operations – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience scaling retail operations for multi-location or national brands.
- Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, or experiential retail concepts
- Expertise in retail analytics, CRM platforms, and store performance tracking
- Demonstrated success in coaching store teams and managing multi-unit operations
- Ability to influence senior leadership and contribute to corporate strategy
- Hands-on experience with integrated retail campaigns, events, and activations
