Director of Franchise Operations – What You’ll Do:

• Lead multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence

• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams

• Ensure consistency in quality, service, and brand standards across all franchise locations

• Partner with ownership on strategic growth and expansion initiatives

• Implement systems and processes to support scalability

• Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement

Director of Franchise Operations – What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of multi-unit or Director-level experience in a fast casual franchise opperation

• Proven success managing franchisee relationships

• Excellent success in marketing and growning a franchise brand

• Strong financial acumen and P&L expertise

• Passion for team development and culture-building

• Hands-on leadership style with a solutions-oriented mindset
