Are you a Texas-licensed RN leader with a passion for surgical excellence and whole-person care? We’re seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a 4-bed surgical center focused on corrective plastic surgery with a strong holistic approach to recovery. This is a permanent, W2 leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on clinical and operational environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage clinical operations of a 4-bed surgical center.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, surgical techs, and front office staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Oversee post-operative care and provide ongoing patient support.
  • Manage and support PCU nurse, Surgical Techs, and Front Desk team.
  • Implement efficient workflows to support high-quality care delivery.
  • Stay current on advances in plastic surgery techniques and holistic recovery practices.
  • Promote a culture of compassion, safety, and patient-centered care.

What We Offer

  • Base salary starting at $90,000 ($90K–$95K range) plus bonus opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be licensed in good standing in Texas – RN/BSN or MSN.
  • Experience in corrective plastic surgery required.
  • Experience with or strong interest in holistic or integrative medicine preferred.
  • Quad A Certification required.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for patient-focused care.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
