Executive Pastry Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef with strong, stable tenures
  • Expert in delivering exceptional food quality and kitchen execution
  • Coach/Mentor mindset
  • Energetic presence with a passion for hospitality and teaching
  • Comfortable leading guest-facing cooking classes

Executive Pastry Chef Preferred Background & Skills

  • Valid food handler card and reliable field transportation
  • Hands-on mindset—this is not an office role
  • Desire to live and work in a remote, scenic location
