Executive Pastry Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef with strong, stable tenures
Expert in delivering exceptional food quality and kitchen execution
Coach/Mentor mindset
Energetic presence with a passion for hospitality and teaching
Comfortable leading guest-facing cooking classes

Executive Pastry Chef Preferred Background & Skills

Valid food handler card and reliable field transportation
Hands-on mindset—this is not an office role
Desire to live and work in a remote, scenic location
