Front of House Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality operation. This role supports daily FOH operations and partners with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily front-of-house operations across multiple service formats
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and floor leadership
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
- Maintain an active, hands-on presence during service
- Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- High-volume experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, team-oriented management style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
