Front of House Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality operation. This role supports daily FOH operations and partners with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily front-of-house operations across multiple service formats
  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and floor leadership
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
  • Maintain an active, hands-on presence during service
  • Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • High-volume experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on, team-oriented management style
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
