Production Manager – Commercial Landscaping
We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead field operations, crews, and daily production for a growing commercial landscape company. This role partners closely with ownership to drive efficiency, safety, and profitability across all projects and service work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all field crews and supervisors
- Oversee scheduling, labor, equipment, and materials
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
- Enforce SOPs, safety programs, and company policies
- Analyze job costs and production performance
- Hire, train, evaluate, and develop field staff
- Coordinate equipment utilization, maintenance, and yard operations
- Support budgeting, bidding, and operational planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Green Industry experience (commercial preferred)
- Proven leadership in field operations or production management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software, CRM, and GPS systems
- Valid driver’s license; Spanish bilingual a plus
