Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial to oversee the business development efforts within the Midwestern region.
Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial Benefits and Compensation

- Base salary of $140 – 180k

Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial Responsibilities
- Oversee the Industrial Practice including project deliverables provide leadership to the team.
- Lead business development efforts throughout the region
- Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Industrial design.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 10+ years architectural design experience (must have Healthcare experience)
- 5+ years of management experience
