Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial to oversee the business development efforts within the Midwestern region.

Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial Benefits and Compensation

  • Hybrid position
  • Base salary of $140 – 180k
  • Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
  • PTO, Vacation

Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Industrial Practice including project deliverables provide leadership to the team.
  • Lead business development efforts throughout the region
  • Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Industrial design.
  • Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
  • Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
  • Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.

Sr. Architectural Leader – Industrial Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 10+ years architectural design experience (must have Healthcare experience)
  • 5+ years of management experience
