Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Scratch Kitchen experience is a must – Our Chefs are definitely "working chefs"
- Ability to drive profitability and overall operational compliance
- Build team talent and ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant
- Drive sales by consistent high-quality food and service standards
- Experience with a volume of at least $5 million in sales
- Must have a background in fine dining, upscale dining
