A growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced attorney who can take ownership of complex cases, mentor junior attorneys, and play a key role in driving litigation strategy within a fast-growing practice.

Requirements for the Role

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven track record handling cases through litigation and resolution
• Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Experience managing complex and high-value cases
• Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff
• Highly organized with strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Professional, confident, and collaborative leadership style

Responsibilities for the Role

• Lead personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
• Develop and execute case strategy for complex and high-exposure matters
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on case development
• Collaborate with leadership on litigation strategy and case direction
• Drive cases toward resolution through negotiation or trial
