Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Location: New Orleans, LA

Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations at our New Orleans establishment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a culinary professional who values quality, consistency, and teamwork, and who respects the rich food culture and high standards of hospitality that define New Orleans dining.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily kitchen operations, including preparation, execution, and presentation
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence and consistency
Collaborate with ownership/leadership on menu development and seasonal offerings
Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor efficiency
Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Uphold and elevate the restaurant’s culinary vision and standards

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or senior kitchen leadership role
Strong culinary foundation with attention to detail and execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
