Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations at our New Orleans establishment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a culinary professional who values quality, consistency, and teamwork, and who respects the rich food culture and high standards of hospitality that define New Orleans dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily kitchen operations, including preparation, execution, and presentation
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence and consistency
  • Collaborate with ownership/leadership on menu development and seasonal offerings
  • Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Uphold and elevate the restaurant’s culinary vision and standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or senior kitchen leadership role
  • Strong culinary foundation with attention to detail and execution
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
