Attorney, Labor and Employment Requirements & Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in Massachusetts
• 10+ years of relevant experience for Senior Counsel level
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
• Skilled at both independent work and collaborating within a team

Attorney, Labor and Employment Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience providing advice and counsel support to clients on labor and employment issues

Attorney, Labor and Employment Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings in employment-related matters
• Draft and argue motions before state and federal courts and in arbitration settings
• Take and defend depositions involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related claims
• Advise clients on complex labor and employment matters
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment to achieve client goals
