Senior Associate Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and interpret complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage analyses
• Draft coverage position letters and strategic recommendations for insurer clients
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and formal correspondence
• Manage discovery, including drafting interrogatories and document requests
• Review and analyze large-scale document productions for litigation strategy
• Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

Senior Associate Requirements:

• Active admission to the California Bar
• Minimum of 6 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience handling coverage disputes under various liability and specialty policies
• Strong legal research skills using major research platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
