Assistant General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Assistant General Manager Qualifications

  • Assistant General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Loyalty – strong tenures- no more than 3 employers in 5 years
  • Proven ability to drive top-line sales through marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
  • Hands-on operator with a “kind but fair” leadership style; able to hold teams accountable
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards
  • Reasonable understanding of financials / P&L exposure
