Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager (Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager)

Two Locations | Split Schedule | $55K–$60K + Bonus + Growth

This one-of-a-kind concept—born from the owner’s time in Miami and brought to life with locally sourced products—is looking for a hands-on BOH leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across two locations, splitting your week between them, and playing a key role in maintaining consistency, culture, and culinary excellence across both kitchens.

What You’ll Do as a Kitchen Manager

·       Lead day-to-day back-of-house operations across two locations

·       Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of scratch-made menu items

·       Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution and innovation

·       Coach, develop, and support kitchen teams in a positive, team-first environment

·       Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization

·       Step into front-of-house support when needed to ensure seamless service

·       Act as a culture carrier—bringing energy, humility, and accountability to both teams

What We’re Looking for in a Kitchen Manager

·       A humble, hands-on leader who leads by example and leaves ego at the door

·       Passion for scratch cooking, fresh ingredients, and hospitality

·       Strong communicator who can work effectively across teams and locations

·       Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities between two kitchens

Requirements for a Kitchen Manager

·       2–4 years of BOH leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)

·       Willingness to split time between two locations weekly

·       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

·       Basic Spanish skills a MUST (for kitchen communication)

·       Ability to support both BOH and FOH operations as needed
