Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation – San Francisco, CA

Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary ($220,000 – $250,000), commensurate with experience

Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of employment litigation experience
Admitted to practice law in California
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Demonstrated expertise managing discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions
Solid academic credentials

Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with class action defense or PAGA matters
Ability to balance multiple projects independently and within a team
Self-starter with collaborative mindset

Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage all phases of employment litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution
Draft and argue motions in court
Lead discovery processes, including taking and defending depositions
Oversee complex matters, including potential class action and PAGA lawsuits
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strategic legal solutions for clients
