Associate, Employment Litigation – San Diego, CA

Associate, Employment Litigation Benefits & Compensation

Base salary: $200,000–$230,000 (commensurate with experience)

Associate, Employment Litigation Requirements & Qualifications

Active California Bar admission
4–7 years of litigation experience
Strong writing and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively

Associate, Employment Litigation Preferred Background & Skills

Employment litigation experience (e.g., discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination)
Familiarity with class action defense or PAGA matters
Experience in both state and federal courts, including arbitration
Excellent academic credentials

Associate, Employment Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery in employment law cases
Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration
Take and defend depositions related to employment disputes
Advise and support clients on a broad range of employment issues
Collaborate with firm attorneys to develop and execute case strategy
