A well-established litigation firm with a strong focus on commercial disputes is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle cases end-to-end in a collaborative, low-pressure environment with no billable hour requirements and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Senior Attorney Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution, including strategy development
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Advise clients on legal risks, case developments, and resolution strategies
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient case progression

Senior Attorney Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
Experience with state court procedures, filings, and service requirements
Trial experience as first or second chair preferred
Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
Proficiency in legal drafting and case management
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
