We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Manager to support a secure USAF operational environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining mission readiness through oversight of facility operations, security compliance, and infrastructure support within a classified setting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret//SCI clearance with Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of military experience
• At least 3 years of DoD security program experience (SCIF knowledge strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience working within federal compliance frameworks (DD254, NISPOM, ICD 705)
• Clean professional record with no adverse administrative, judicial, or criminal history within the past 5 years
• No history of termination, denied reenlistment, or discharge under other than honorable conditions

Must Haves:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a classified facility, ensuring compliance with SCIF/SAP protocols
• Support sustainability initiatives across EOU facilities, aligning with operational and environmental goals
• Manage safety programs related to building operations, ensuring adherence to all safety standards
• Coordinate maintenance and infrastructure support, working with internal teams and external vendors
• Conduct user research and maintain detailed documentation to improve facility functionality and efficiency
• Manage and track work order requests within WOMS (Work Order Management System)
• Serve as liaison between agency units and external organizations to ensure seamless communication and execution
• Perform routine and ad hoc physical security inspections to maintain compliance and readiness
• Assist with asset management processes, including tracking, auditing, and lifecycle oversight
• Participate in Military Construction (MILCON) programming and planning efforts
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and DoD regulations governing facility and security operations

Preferred Background & Skills:

• Prior experience managing SCIF environments or SAP facilities
• Strong understanding of DoD security regulations and classified program support
• Experience supporting USAF or other military branches
• Familiarity with WOMS or similar work order management systems
• Experience contributing to MILCON or large-scale government infrastructure projects
• Ability to operate independently in high-trust, low-oversight environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
• Background in sustainability or facility optimization initiatives within government environments
